How it’s work
Seamless Coordination of Train Movements Across Stations
SE Samay enables a seamless, real-time workflow for recording train movements across stations. From the moment a train is proposed by the rear station to its final arrival at the advance station, every step is digitally captured and synchronized between both Station Masters. Line clear exchanges, private numbers, train start, section entry, and arrival are all updated instantly on a shared record, ensuring complete visibility and coordination. Each action is time-stamped and validated, eliminating manual errors and delays. Once the train arrives, the entry is automatically completed and securely locked, with the full Train Signal Register available for export at any time.

Train Signal Register (TSR)
The TSR is the heart of the Station Master's day. SE Samay's TSR is a live grid that shows every train in UP and DOWN direction, with each row covering the full life of one train through the section.
Advance form — to the next station
- Issue line clear with auto-suggested next station
- Capture advance private number (numeric, validated)
- Capture advance token number at manual stations
- Auto-block submission if a previous train is still in the section
- Auto-skip LC gate prompt at notified stations (CKRD, BPGJ)
- Log train-started and entering-section-sent times
Rear form — from the previous station
- Receive rear line clear and acknowledge private number
